Four Months and Friends
Well my baby girl is now four months old. I can hardly believe it! She is becoming more and more aware of her surroundings every day.
She has started to hate her car seat because she knows she won’t be able to see me when we get in the car. Sometimes we go the whole car ride with her screaming. The second we get to our destination and she can see me she stops.
If you put a toy in her eyesight she will reach for it and then immediately put it in her mouth.
She can already roll from tummy to back and she is so close to rolling from back to front. She will get half of her body flipped then stop.
She nurses constantly and never seems satisfied. So on Sunday when she turned four months we gave her rice cereal and she ate the whole bowl!! I was pretty shocked. When we gave Sweet Pea his first bites of rice cereal at six months he hated it and spit it out.
She has STOPPED sleeping at night. It is so strange because she was doing so well only waking up once or twice. I am not really sure what to do about this. I really can’t keep getting up all night long….it is exhausting. The people at Starbucks are starting to recognize me and Charles is not happy about this.
On another note we spent yesterday visiting with some wonderful friends. They just moved to a wonderful place outside of town. It is nice and secluded and the kids can play outside without worry, which they did ALL day long. They are about an hour away from us and we miss them so much! Here are some pictures:
